Dining Room Update- New Table and Chairs!

Hi, welcome back! It’s been a while. When I last posted, I had made a list of 5 projects I wanted to complete this year. Spoiler, none of those are done! But I did get new dining room furniture that I wanted to share! I had the same round table and four chairs ever since moving into my last house in 2017. They were hand-me-downs from my mom, and were super cute, but just weren’t functioning the way I needed them to. I have become more into hosting and dinner parties in the last few years and 4 chairs was not cutting it! Even with the leaf in the table it was hard to get 6 people comfortably to fit. I decided it was time to upgrade!

Top 5 Projects I Want to Complete in 2023

We are already in February of 2023, but I am just now getting around to making plans for my house projects this year. I haven’t been in a project or DIY mindset until this past weekend, but I started a new project and my motivation is revived!! I am prioritizing 5 projects this year (with an honorable mention of a completed project) because frankly I doubt I’ll have time for many more. Lance and I have been invited to 3 weddings this year (all out of town) and are planning our own for 2024, so combining that with just life in general, I’m setting my expectations for myself pretty low. None of these are huge projects by any means, but just things I’ve been wanting to work on and get done!
