I spent the past weekend in Charleston for New Year’s and had a blast! We got there on Sunday and left Tuesday morning. The weather was amazing, and so was the food! Hi y’all!! I hope everyone has had a good 2019 so far! I was back at work today and I’m getting back into my routine, but I’m struggling hard core!
Happy New Year’s Eve! I am super excited for a “fresh start” this new year. In 2018, I started Bluebonnet Porch and am hoping to grow it a ton in the new year! I don’t necessarily like to make resolutions for the new year but rather set goals. Of course I want to do the typical things like eat healthier and workout more, but without specific measurable goals, I won’t accomplish anything. A lot of my goals are wellness focused and meant to create a lower stress lifestyle for myself. Hopefully, writing them here will make me more likely to accomplish them an stick to my action plans.

Happy Friday!! I hope everyone has had an enjoyable Christmas week! I’m starting the process of putting away all of my Christmas decor and transitioning my home back to “normal,” but I’m not quite ready to go back to my normal bar cart just yet.
I love New Years! We get a fresh start to change habits and set new goals, and we get to eat collard greens and drink champagne! I wanted to do something in my home to celebrate ringing in 2019 (even though I won’t be in Raleigh on New Years Eve), so I decided to style my bar cart for the holiday!
