Happy Friday! It’s the new year, so I know a lot of people are trying to eat healthier. I’ve done Whole 30 a handful of times, and I love the way I feel when I do it. So this year, I’ve decided to eat a paleo based diet to try to balance my hormones and feel better overall. I don’t want to say I’m full on paleo because I know that will set me up for failure in the long run. I plan to follow this way of eating about 80% of the time and give myself some wiggle room and weekly Chiken Minis from Chick Fil A.

Hi y’all!! We’re now 9 days into 2019 and I’ve already successfully completed one of the projects on my 2019 home plans! Over the weekend I decided to take the leap and put up my gallery wall. I was so scared to start this project because everything has to be so precise. My dad is an engineer, so I called him for advice and thought I’d share some tips with y’all!

I spent the past weekend in Charleston for New Year’s and had a blast! We got there on Sunday and left Tuesday morning. The weather was amazing, and so was the food!
