My New Console Table

Hi y’all! I recently bought a new console table to my entry/living area and I wanted to share it with y’all. My last console table from Amazon, and super crappy. My new one is from Kirklands and was only about $50 more than the Amazon one, but so much nicer! This table is the perfect size for this section of wall, and it matches my kitchen table super well! The table also comes in white, but I thought the black would flow better with my decor.

DIY Floating Shelves

I hope everyone enjoyed their long weekend. My dad came to visit, which was unexpected, but very appreciated. We took advantage of the weekend and he helped me get a ton of stuff done around my house. One of those tasks was putting up floating shelves in my dining room. This is something I’ve been thinking about doing for a while because I wanted a place to be able to display my “pretty” cookbooks.

Today I wanted to share the new porch decor that my mom put out at her Charleston house. The porches on these old Charleston homes are gorgeous and the best places to relax, so I am so glad she got some comfy furniture to lay out on up here.
