Hi y’all! If you follow me on Instagram, you may have seen my post today about my weeklong challenge I’m starting today. I’ve decided that for the next 7 days I am not going to sit on my couch.
I find myself sitting down on my couch and telling myself “it’ll just be for a second” or I’ll “just watch one episode” and then I spend hours just sitting there doing nothing productive. I’m hoping to accomplish a few things during this challenge:
- Keep my house clean
- Make nicer dinners and lunch for the next day
- Get lots of work done on my blog and interior design course
- Spend more time doing crafts or project I’ve wanted to work on
- Walk my dog longer each night
- Go to bed earlier, so I have more time to read
I’m not going to restrict myself from watching TV or being on my computer, but instead of doing those things on the couch, I’ll either hop on the spin bike to watch my shows or sit at my desk to focus on my work!
I’m extremely excited to see if this little challenge will help my productivity levels, and I will update y’all next week when I’m done!
